A vegan, gluten-free and no-sugar-added version of the Christmas party queen
 Ingredients.
 orange, dates, banana, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seeds, gluten-free oats, brown rice flour, sweet cassava flour, hazelnuts , raisins, almonds , yeast, nutmeg, xanthan gum.
 Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or at room temperature for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 30 days.
 Note that products without preservatives and sweetened with fruit (more moisture) require more care than a conventional cake.
